Soul Aligned, Spirit Open, Surrender.

Sardinia Retreat - May 2025

A little update on my return from the most deeply nourishing and Spirit-filled time in Sardinia, where I had the honour of offering mediumship at a retreat nestled within the serene and sacred monastery.

It’s taken me some time to find the words to express my time here but I will give it go now.

Held by the rhythm of nature—mountains, sea air, silence, and the presence of loving hearts—I was reminded of the power in stillness, and the wisdom that arises when we truly pause. In this space, Spirit flowed gently and clearly, offering messages with tenderness, healing, compassion and direction.

It aligned with my visions for 2025 “Joy” just one simple word that came to my heart during the January vision board workshop I held. Synchronized events at its finest - Universal, spirit lead. It was no coincidence that I should be guided to a retreat named "finding your joy."

I attended the Sardinia Retreat organised by Melanie Pittman who asked me to do Mediumship readings.

I initially felt excited, quickly followed by a whole heap of nerves at the thought of such a distance to be away from my family and home comforts. Despite having years of experience and doing this many times in the past I felt hesitance as it was a dream come true to be abroad in such a beautiful place delivering what I love! what I've dedicated over ten years of life and life's learnings to.

This was truly special.

Let me explain why:

This retreat was not just a time of service, but a lesson in surrender. I learned to slow down, to honour my body, and to listen more deeply to my own inner guidance. It was a return to simplicity, and to the quiet knowing that Spirit is always near when we move with intention and presence.

I am forever grateful to Melanie for this opportunity and her beautiful team for creating and holding such sacred space. It was a blessing to be part of this gathering, and to witness the love, healing, and transformation that unfolded.

Now back home in my healing room I carry that energy with me—grounded, open, and ready once more to serve with clarity, compassion, and love.
