Cancellation Policy

"We honour your journey and understand that sometimes life calls us in unexpected directions. To respect the sacred time held for you and allow others the opportunity to receive healing and training, we kindly request 48 hours notice for cancellations. Your deposit of £20 is non-refundable as it reserves your space in our healing circle. This energy exchange helps us maintain the integrity of our practice and honour the time dedicated to preparing for your session. We hold space with love and understanding, and ask that you honour this policy with the same grace. If you must cancel within the 48-hour window, the full session fee will apply.
